Bullets beat Tigers 3-0 in friendly match

Big Bullets on Saturday comfortably beat Azam Tigers 3-0 with goals from Jaffalie Chande, Mussa Manyenje and Chiukepo Msowoya.

Chande who scored the opener through a header after getting a lob from Captain Fischer Kondowe.

bulletsBullets’ coach Nsanzurwimo Ramadhan introduced the full strength squad as he started the game with Sankhani Mkandawire, Yamikani Fodya, Pilirani Zonda and Bashir Maunde at the back.

While Henry Kabichi, Victor Limbani, Kondowe and Dave Ng’ambi marshaled the centre.

Chande and Mussa were the striking force as Vincent Gona minded the goal.

At half time, Ramadhan introduced Msowoya, Tizgobere Kumwenda, Dalitso Sailesi, Miracle Gabeya and Owen Chaima for Ng’ambi, Mkandawire, Manyenje and Chande.

Tigers coach Gerald Phiri who had a full squad as well save for defender Boston Kabango who is injured.

After the game, Ramadhan said he was happy with his side’s performance ahead of the CAF tournament in Comoros.

“My players were tired, but they proved to be good on the ground, I am proud with them.”

Ramadhan said his side will win in Comoros against Club Fomboni next Sunday.

“I am sure we will win in Comoros. What is needed is to score a goal away,” said Ramadhan who said BB leaves for Comoros today evening by bus to Tanzania.
